
Kick Start
The SKF Kick Start Program focuses on many different aspects of Sport Kickboxing training. Students release stress as they strengthen mind and body in classes that are fun, informative and challenging.
We start with warm-ups and stretching, focusing mainly on physical conditioning such as cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, endurance, power and speed. In addition to improved physical and mental fitness, members can expect to enhance their self-discipline, self-confidence, self-control, concentration and the ability to defend themselves.
Our instructors use a combination of training techniques, such as shadow-boxing and kickboxing, target and bag training, self-defense combinations, and concentration exercises in order to achieve the highest level of knowledge and expertise.
Membership in the Kick Start Program includes:
- Two group classes per week
- Free access to the club for one open training class per week during the school’s free time.
- Full traditional white uniform and badge
Program Enrollment
At SKF, the cost of enrolling in our programs is based not only on the quality, type and length of the program, but also on the specific needs of each individual. During the initial two introductory sessions, one of our program directors will meet with you to conduct an assessment and to design a program that corresponds with your personal fitness goals and interests.
