SKF kickboxing for men is a fat-burning, muscle-building workout that blends fitness with self-defense techniques. You’ll learn to throw punches with jabs, crosses, hooks and uppercuts. SKF Kickboxing for men is a full body workout with the explosive techniques of Kickboxing set to music for your enjoyment. Every workout is different, sometimes intimidating but always focused and fun. It is perfect for men in their 20′s to their 90′s and up! Students can expect to burn between 800 and 1,200 calories in a class.
