We call our style Sport Kickboxing. It combines elements of several major styles of Martial Arts, such as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Aikido, Jujitsu and Judo, as well as weapons training and Kickboxing to make a complete style. Since it combines techniques and strategies from different styles of martial arts, it is very effective for self-defense and fitness.
